By accessing or using localhomeappointments.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms cover use of the website. Supply of appointments is governed by the separate agreement you enter into when your account goes live.

What the service is

Local Home Appointments is a marketing and appointment-setting service for home improvement businesses. We are not a contractor, we do not perform, supervise or guarantee any construction work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a homeowner.

Eligibility

  • You must be applying on behalf of a business you are authorised to represent.
  • You must hold a current contractor licence for the categories you receive, and current general liability insurance.
  • You must provide accurate business, licensing and contact information.

Appointments

Appointment times are windows, not exact times. Availability, volume and pricing vary by trade, market and season. Applying does not create an entitlement to any volume of appointments, and we may decline or end supply.

Nothing on this site is a guarantee of appointment volume, close rate, revenue or results. Any figures shown as ranges are indicative and are not quotes.

Your obligations

  • Attend appointments you have accepted, within the window booked.
  • Handle homeowner information lawfully, and stop contacting a homeowner who asks you to.
  • Do not resell, redistribute or re-market appointment data to any third party.
  • Maintain the licences and insurance you represented that you hold.

Acceptable use

  • Do not submit false or unauthorised information.
  • Do not use automated means to submit applications.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Home Appointments is not liable for the acts or omissions of any homeowner or any third party.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
