From their kitchen table to your calendar
Five steps. The interesting ones are two and four, because that's where most lead products quietly do nothing.
- 1
A homeowner books, on our consumer site
They browse the work they need, pick a date and a time window, and book it themselves. Nobody cold-called them and nobody filled the form on their behalf — they came looking.
Because they chose the slot, they expect you. That single fact is the difference between an appointment and a lead.
- 2
We qualify before it ever reaches you
Property owner, not a renter. Inside a ZIP you nominated. In a trade you run. Project scope and timeframe captured while they're still on the page.
Renters and out-of-area requests are stopped at the source rather than passed on and quietly billed.
- 3
It's assigned to one company
Yours. We don't sell the same homeowner three more times, so you're not racing anyone to the phone and you're not discounting to win a bidding war you didn't ask for.
Exclusivity is the product. Without it this is just a lead list with better copy.
- 4
We reconfirm before the visit
The homeowner gets a reminder and a confirmation. If they need to move it, we move it and tell you — before you've loaded the truck.
This is the step that decides whether the model works. It is not optional.
- 5
You turn up and quote
You attend the appointment, assess the job and leave a written estimate. Any contract is between you and the homeowner. We don't take a cut of the job.
We're paid for the appointment, not for a slice of your work.

Two days' notice, minimum
Appointments are booked at least two days ahead. You get time to plan a route rather than a same-day scramble that costs you a crew's morning.
Homeowners choose from morning, afternoon or evening windows — which means you can run a genuine route instead of criss-crossing a county because three leads all said “any time”.
Fair questions
Where do the homeowners come from?
They come to our consumer storefront looking to book an in-home estimate, mostly through paid media we run ourselves. They aren't bought from a third-party list.
What if the homeowner cancels?
If they cancel before the visit we tell you and you aren't charged. If they cancel by not being there, report it and we credit the appointment.
What if the appointment isn't what was described?
Report it. If the trade, the scope or the ownership is wrong against what we sent you, it's credited. That policy is what makes the price defensible.
Do you guarantee I'll win the job?
No, and be suspicious of anyone who does. We guarantee an exclusive, confirmed appointment with a qualified homeowner. Closing it is your trade, not ours.
How quickly can I start?
Once your licence and insurance check out and we've agreed volume and ZIPs, you can be live in a few days. Supply in your specific area is the limiting factor, not paperwork.
Want to see the numbers for your area?
Tell us your trade and your ZIP codes and we’ll come back with volume and pricing.
