Who we are
Local Home Appointments operates localhomeappointments.com, a service that supplies booked in-home estimate appointments to home improvement businesses. This policy covers information we collect from contractors and their staff. It does not cover homeowners, who are served by a separate consumer brand with its own policy.
What we collect
- Business name, trading history and contractor licence number
- Service area ZIP codes and the trades you select
- The weekly appointment volume you tell us you can service
- Your name, work email and phone number
- The exact consent text you agreed to, its version, the time you agreed, and your IP address and browser user agent at that moment
- Marketing attribution present in the page URL, such as UTM parameters
How we use it
- To verify your licence and insurance
- To contact you about volume, pricing and account setup
- To route appointments to you once you are live
- To keep records evidencing the consent you gave and when
- To measure and improve how this site performs
Who we share it with
Service providers who process data on our behalf, including hosting, customer relationship management, email delivery and analytics providers. We also verify licence and insurance details against public registries and, where you provide it, with your insurer.
We share homeowner details with you when an appointment is assigned. You are responsible for handling those details lawfully, including honouring any opt-out the homeowner makes directly with you.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message, or email pros@localhomeappointments.com to stop marketing contact.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at that address.
Withdrawing marketing consent does not close an active account or cancel appointments already assigned to you. To close an account, call (800) 555-0164.
Retention and security
We keep application and consent records for as long as needed to run the service and meet legal and regulatory obligations, with appropriate technical and organisational measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
